About HoSt Group Technologies
HoSt Thermal Technology BV and its subsidiaries Bright Renewables and HyGear plays a pivotal role in bringing world‑class renewable‑energy technologies to the Greek market. Since June 2024, TEREC has been entrusted with representing HoSt Group in key sectors such as biomass energy (8–25 MWth), small‑scale RDF energy valorization (10–20 MWth), biomethane, carbon capture, carbon storage, and green hydrogen solutions.
With a portfolio covering biogas plants, biomass and waste‑fired boiler systems, gasification technologies, CO₂ capture and liquefaction, and Energy‑as‑a‑Service solutions, HoSt Group provides end‑to‑end sustainable energy systems known for their reliability, modular design, and advanced engineering.
Through this strategic collaboration, TEREC enables HoSt Group’s proven, high‑efficiency renewable technologies to be deployed locally, contributing to Greece’s national goals for decarbonization and the rapid expansion of renewable energy capacity. TEREC’s role ensures that Greek industries, municipalities, and energy developers gain direct access to cutting‑edge European systems for renewable heat and power, biogas upgrading, CO₂ capture, and clean hydrogen production, supporting the country’s broader transition towards a sustainable energy future.

Bright Renewables
One-stop solution
Bright Renewables offers systems for biogas upgrading, biomethane liquefaction (bio-LNG), biomethane compression (bio-CNG), carbon capture, CO2 liquefaction, Energy as a Service, and renewable gas trade services, optimizing renewable energy production and management.
Host Bioenergy Systems
HoSt specializes in biogas plants, RDF/waste-fired and wood-fired boiler plants, components/repowering/spare parts, gasifiers, and Heat as a Service.
- Biogas Plants: HoSt provides turkney biogas plants suitable for the anaerobic digestion of all feedstock, utilizing organic waste and residues. Biogas plants produce biogas, biomethane, bioLNG, bio CO2(food-grade), biofertilizer.
- Biomass & waste-fired boiler plants: Boiler plants from HoSt generate heat and power from biomass and/or waste while reducing CO2 emissions and avoiding fossil fuels and landfilling.

Hygear
HyGear focuses on (bio)hydrogen technologies, featuring electrolyzers, steam methane reformers, and De.OXO, gas purification/recycling, and nitrogen/oxygen air separation, enabling reliable, affordable, on-site, and on-demand (bio)hydrogen.
